The ViperGas website includes a dedicated support area which provides a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and 'How To' guides as well as the facility to raise individual support tickets.
The support facility can be found within the member's area of the website and enables you to raise queries, request help and track your queries by raising a ticket. The Support Team aim to get back to you within 1 working day. 'How To' guides and FAQ's are also available to assist in the use of the website.
The 'How To' guides are intended to give you simple instructions on how to carry out the basic functions of the site - for example printing documents or using the mobile version.
The FAQs provide answers to common questions regarding the site and in many cases will provide the solution to queries without the need to raise a support ticket.
